Graphiti research and technologies Pvt. Ltd. (also referred to as “Company,” “we” or “our”, which includes our affiliate / group companies) recognizes the importance of maintaining your privacy. This Policy describes how we collect, process and use your information on our products, website and other offline sources. By downloading and using our products, or by visiting and/or using our website, you understand and accept that we are a market research and data analytics company that conducts market surveys and/or product testing or ideation on behalf of other companies. • Demographic information. We may collect demographic information about you, events you like, events you intend to participate in, tickets you buy, or any other personal information provided by you while using our our products/website.

We might look at what site you came from, duration of time spent on our application, website, pages accessed or what site you visit when you leave us. We might also collect the type of mobile device you are using, or the version of the operating system your computer or device is running. We may also collect data about you from third parties.

We also ask you to give prior consent to access your contact list, messages, GPS, camera (video/ screen recording) for user experience monitoring. We also collect contact details in case of quick survey.

Accessing, Correcting Or Deleting Personal Information 

• We provide individuals with reasonable opportunities to access the personal data Company holds about them and correct it if it is inaccurate. 

• You have a right to:
  1. Obtain details of how your personal data is processed and to object to its processing;
  2. To withdraw your consent or to restrict further processing; or 
  3. To require that it is deleted.

• Where we receive a valid request or are required to delete your data, we will do so to the extent it is no longer remains personally identifiable. However, we may retain the data in anonymized form to be used for our legitimate business purposes.

• Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify that the requestor is the person about whom we collected personal data or their Authorized Agent; and 

• Include sufficient detail to allow us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.

• We will not be able to respond to queries that do not sufficiently identify the individual whose personal information is being requested

Security Measures and Retention Of Personal Information

• We will maintain the security of Personal Information and protect the integrity of such information, with a commercially reasonable degree of care using commercially available security measures and services as are reasonable.

• We implement multi-layered organizational, technical and administrative measures that are designed to protect the personal data under our control. These include, among other things: using secure and encrypted technologies such as SSL, MD5 and Hashing algorithm for collecting and storing data; using commercially secure cloud services for storing data; limiting access to data; using technology measures like firewalls, encryption, malware protection and intrusion detection; regularly updating our products; maintaining policies that are aligned to a wide variety of legal requirements; ensuring third-parties accessing or processing data adhere to and maintain safe data-handling practices and adhere to our internal policies and applicable laws. We have a global organization of qualified data security professionals and engage in regular system testing and updating of our controls to keep pace with changing technology and security threats.

• Unless we receive an express request for deletion as stated in this Policy, we will normally retain the data we collect in personally identifiable form only for the period necessary to achieve the purpose for which it has been collected. In most cases, we will not retain any data in personally identifiable form for more than 3 years.  

• You may also be able to delete some of your data by using mechanisms provided in our products, or by deleting your account or removing the application from your device or computer. 

• We may automatically delete or anonymized your data after a set period of time if it is no longer required for our legitimate business purposes. 

• We may retain some data to the extent necessary for legitimate business or legal purposes, such as security, fraud and abuse prevention, or financial record-keeping.

• When you delete data, we follow a deletion process to make sure that your data is safely and completely removed from our servers or retained only in anonymized form. We try to ensure that our services protect information from accidental or malicious deletion. Because of this, there may be delays between when you delete something and when copies are deleted from our active and backup systems.

Cross-Border Transfer Of Personal Information

We may transfer personal information to other Graphiti group companies, suppliers or clients outside your country.   

If you are in the EU, Switzerland or UK then your personal information will be governed by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and we will comply with all applicable requirements of the GPDR.  

For all other jurisdictions, we will comply with applicable local laws concerning the transfer and processing of your personal information.
